Steve Zimmerman
Director of Sales & Marketing – Steve Zimmerman has 30 years of Away From Home experience in Foodservice sales and restaurant operations. Steve’s operational experience includes: Yum Brands, Boston Market Corp., Darden Restaurants, & self operated full service restaurants & high volume off premise catering. Steve is a graduate of The Culinary Institute Of America.

Steve has spent the last 15 years in Foodservice sales starting in the Metro NY marketplace at a premier sales agency, Grant Hanson Metro NY. During his tenure in the brokerage community Steve has represented some of the top brands in the Foodservice category including: Smuckers, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Sweet Street Desserts, Mott’s, General Mills, Etc. Steve has spent the last 9 years leading the Foodservice division at Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods in the role of V.P. of Sales. During his tenure at Dr. Praeger’s, Steve has developed the “Go To Market Strategies” for the Foodservice division to include the development of the: National Distribution Platform, Broker Network, Trade Spend Budget. Steve has Three Daughter’s, has been married for 23 years, and resides in Central NJ in the heart of the Metro NY market.

In June 2017, Steve formed Z Sales & Solutions LLC. Steve’s goal is to help manufacturer partners to develop and implement their “Go To Market Strategies” to launch or further develop their Foodservice business.
