Chef, Restaurant Owner – born & raised in Bucks County, worked for Walt Conti for 15 years, owned/operated a bakery. He works on product development, sales, and recipes. Hobbies include 2 black belts in Tang Soo Do, cooking and dogs.
Chef, sales, restaurant owner – Jim handles ordering & production along with sales & marketing. He has been front line manager pushing Stone Silo into new markets and overseeing building projects. He is an avid competitive bass fisherman.
Over 35 years in restaurants – started in management with Stouffer’s in Philadelphia, Peddlers Village and Hazzard’s Rainetree. She handles accounting & sales. Hobbies include cooking, travel, Rotary.
